work on property plats for the Bluegrass Project. This job had over 1,000
plats to be created. I kept track using Excel spreadsheets which were adapted
as we went along to accommodate our needs. Worked with 3 separate
contractors, assigning them plats and working up a separate instruction
sheets for each contractor. Work was put on an ftp site and retrieved for
checking. I also delegated work within the mapping dept. I had 2 document
control people helping me daily as well and reported weekly results to 2
managers. ·
Coordinated
a small pipeline project approximately 8 miles long called Summit. I created
14 alignment sheets, 6 road crossings and about 4 site specific drawings.
Occasionally I would get help within the dept. when a tight deadline approached. ·
Created
standard drawings and investigated better, more efficient ways of producing
drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Also conducted a couple of classes for the

alignment sheets working closely with the coordinator on first major mapping
project this company was involved in. I helped him create spreadsheets and
scripts to populate windows in the alignment sheets, such as material band,

ArcMap 10.1 to cut out images for use in alignment sheets. Also created a
